Tradeshow Services Timeline

Our Trade Show Services Group is with you for every step of your event, using their training and knowledge to make sure you have a successful show. From pre-show coordination and planning, to post-show follow-up and review, Skyline Metro Chicago's Services Team will fulfill all of your show needs in a reliable and timely manner.

Before the Show

• Pre-Show Coordination - We coordinate all show services, target dates and I&D dates and times.
• Pre-Show Exhibit Orientation - We discuss booth space layout; electrical drops, carpet and rental furniture with you upon arrival to show site.

Show Time

• Show Day Confirmation - We perform a final walk through and confirm that all needs are met prior to show opening.
• Show Time Crisis Hot Line - We have a 24 hour on call hotline available to you for any show time problems.
• Pre-Show Closing Confirmation - Our staff will meet with you prior to show closing to review any needs or special requests at the close of the show.

After the Show

• Post show follow up - with Skyline office reviewing install and dismantle. Providing post show freight tracking numbers and any exhibit issues. Images of installed exhibit are available upon request prior to the installation.
